Ayam Masak Merah Paste (Frozen)

Ayam Masak Merah, which translates to "red-cooked chicken" in Malay, gets its distinctive flavour and vibrant red color from a blend of chili & tomatoes. This sweet and sour dish is one of the favourite festive dish to cook for wedding and Eid celebrations. Usually eaten with rice or ketupat, the dish is believed to have originated from Malaysia and Singapore, where it's still a popular favourite among locals and visitors alike.
